Saturday next, 6th January, is the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord. The Epiphany celebrates the manifestation of Jesus as Messiah, Son of God and Saviour of the world. It is a Holy Day of Obligation. Vigil Mass for the Epiphany in Ballycane Church Friday 5th at 7.30 pm. Mass in Eadestown 11.30 am Saturday 6th January 2018.

    The Parish of Eadestown is situated in the north-east Kildare ‘highlands’; made up of the civil parishes of Rathmore, Kilteel, Tipper and Haynestown.
