World Meeting of Families

World Meeting of Families will take place in Dublin in August 2018 at the request of Pope Francis who will be in attendance D.V. Planning for this international event will require an enormous amount of planning and funding.   A national collection is being held next weekend 1st and 2nd April. Your support for this collection would be greatly appreciated, it replaces the Share Collection

Talk – Monday 3rd April + 24th April

Talks: Join Blessington parish for two talks given by Dr Brian Houlihan, Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, in the Church of Our Lady, Coimín Centre, Main Street, Blessington, Co Wicklow on Recognising and Managing Mental Health Difficulties in Childhood and Adolescence’. On Monday 3rd April at 7.30pm he will discuss anxiety, depression, ADHD and autism.  The second talk on Monday 24th April will focus on eating disorders, psychosis, OCD / Tic Disorders also at 7.30pm.  Admission Free – No Booking Required.
