The annual Kings Lane Goal Mile will take place again this year on St. Stephen’s Day from 10.30 to 12.00am.
All welcome to walk the lane or run the 5k loop of Kilteel. Run starts at 11.00.

Friday next, 8th December is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is a Holy Day of obligation. Mass times: Vigil Mass Thursday 7th in Kilteel 7.30 pm. Mass on the 8th will be in Rathmore School at 11.30 am. This is a Parish Mass so everyone is welcome to attend. The Travelling Crib will be entrusted to the first host house at this Mass.
Funeral Teams

People with an interest in setting up or helping funeral teams in Blessington, Valleymount and Eadestown met two members of the Portmarnock Team in Eadestown last Wednesday evening for a very informative and interesting meeting. We are in the process of augmenting our own team.
Tom Jones’ Funeral. There was a huge community effort to give Tom a fitting farewell. Thank you to everyone who helped out through catering, stewarding and preparing the church and grounds. Thanks again to our neighbours Herbie and Rena Gilchrist who opened their field to ensure safe parking.
