Youth 2000 Summer Festival

The Youth 2000 Summer Festival will be taking place from Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th July 2016 at the Cistercian College in Mount St. Joseph Abbey, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.

This promises to be an absolutely amazing weekend where you can grow in your love and knowledge of God, meet new friends, catch up with old friends and enjoy plenty of fun and joy with those who wish to celebrate their faith!

FREE buses are available to/from the event. The various bus routes, timetables and contact numbers are available here!
This festival is donation only, and Eadestown Parish will give a grant towards the cost.

Lough Derg has opened for the season. Buses leave Parnell Square operated by St Oliver Plunkett Pilgrimage. Tel: (086) 385 3027. Many young people go there in thanksgiving after exams.

Field Day

The Field Day needs helpers. We need help from people on the day to help run one or two fun stalls. No previous experience necessary. Please contact one of the committee.

Volunteers

The Irish Cancer Society’s Volunteer Driver Service is in need of volunteer drivers to drive local patients to and from their chemotherapy treatments in our partner Dublin hospitals (St James’, The Mater, Tallaght & St Vincents). Driver expenses are paid.
