Christmas Story

Hearty congratulations to the children who took part in the presentation of the Christmas Story in Eadestown Church on the Thursday before Christmas. Thank you to all who prepared them so well but especially to Siobhan Fay who had to dash from work each evening for the practise.

Congratulations to Eadestown Choir who gave us a beautiful evening of song in McAuley place the week before Christmas. The concert was in aid of McAuley Place and was an inspiration to all who attended.

Saturday next, 6th January, is the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord. The Epiphany celebrates the manifestation of Jesus as Messiah, Son of God and Saviour of the world. It is a Holy Day of Obligation. Vigil Mass for the Epiphany in Ballycane Church Friday 5th at 7.30 pm. Mass in Eadestown 11.30 am Saturday 6th January 2018.

Mass for all those on the Parish Altar List of the Dead will be offered on Friday 12th January as there will be no Mass in Eadestown on Friday 5th January.
